"Hello everyone hope all is well. So I just wanted to tell you all a quick and really funny story. So we are teaching a mom (Janet) and her daughter (Nicole) and Nicole is 10 years old and is very very very smart and mature. She asks amazing questions and she is not afraid to say what she thinks hahaha. But what happened is she was at her school and she has like a lot of different teachers and one of them is a member of the Church. So while Nicole was in the bathroom there were 2 other teachers talking bad about the Mormons and how we "worship Joseph Smith" the usual... but they started to say that we were dumb and what not and Nicole just couldnt stand hearing 2 of her TEACHERS who teach the kids to be good and what not talking bad about a the Mormons. So she aproached them and sadi "Excuse me. I know im not supposed to be listening to your conversation but I heard you talking bad about the Mormons. Thats not ok. Youre teachers and should be the examples for me. How am I supposed to accept your advice as my teachers when youre being hypocrites?" And they basically told her she had no right to budge into the conversion but after that Nicole said "Well my mom is going to that Church. So you are calling my mom dumb and thats not ok." Hahahaha. So after that they went to the class and the SAME teacher that was talking bad about the church started telling the class that they have to be good kids and be nice to everyone. So Nicole stood up and said "How are we supposed to learn to be nice from you when I just hear you talking bad about the Mormons with another teacher? Thats hypocrisy." and she got sent right to the principals office and told what happend and the principal had a good talk with her teacher and let her off without being in any trouble hahaha. So yea that was awesome. Her and her mom have a baptismal date for the 26th this month! Love you all hope you enjoyed the story.

"Hello everybody! Hope all is well! I just have a little message today that I wanted to share!
Ive been reading the New Testament in the nights these last few weeks and I came upon a scripture that was really cool to read. Its in Mat. 13:19 and says
"19 When any one heareth the w ord of the kingdom, and unders tandeth it not, then cometh th e wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sosown in his heart."
I love this scripture. Growning up we all here the stories of Jesus or of the Prophets but sometimes we dont understand them. We have to study the scriptures. We have to understand them. We have to gain a testimony because if we dont the "wicked one" will come and catch us away. I love you all! If you ever dont understand something or if you ever have a question ask someone!
Things are awesome here. This Saturday should be awesome too! Love you all.
Sorry if thats a little boring and sorry its not some great teaching but I just like that haha.
But this week I have a lot of cool pics! Most of them are me and my neighbor and his fighting rooster hahahaha."

"So I had an awesome week. Angie Flores got baptized! We baptized her mom and her brother about 2 months back and she FINALLY decided to get baptized! Then we also baptized Hermana Janet and her daughter Nicole! It was an amazing week and an amazing experience. This month has been awesome. Ive learned that with obedience really comes great blessings. We baptized them Saturday night and right after that I stayed in my wet clothes so I could baptize Hermana Keli one of the converts of the sisters. It was a really good week. I love this work. I reached one year last week and it just blows my mind. It scares me a lot hahaha. Im going to keep working hard and help these amazing people of Peru! I dont have a single doubt in my mind that his church is true. Love you all and hope all is well at home!
Heres a lot of pictures hahaha. "

"So this week was really awesome! Elder Gonzalez from the 70 came with his wife and I was able to do a practice in front of him with his wife hahah so that was awesome and very spiritual. This week was a lot of walking and a lot of working and finding new investigators and it was awesome. We are really starting to get out ward working really hard with us too which is awesome. So I dont know if any of you remember but in my first area there was a family that I was teaching the Merino Espinoza Family. Well our mission President is still talking with them and helping them out. Apparently there were a lot of things going on that they are trying to figure out but President Stauffer talked with the dad for about an hour last week and they are going to do it! But in December haha. But the awesome thing is that they want me to baptize them. It really makes me happy to know that they are still thinking about me. So keep praying for them.
Also a really cool story. Them Chanduvi Family that we got married and baptized them a couple weeks ago ALL bore their testimony in sacrament meeting and it was amazing. AND they invited their grandma and 2 aunts and they were all crying because of how spiritual it was. Its amazing. The true gospel of Jesus Christ changes lives. Love you all!
Only have one pic of me and my cute district!

"Hello everyone! So this week was cool! We had transfers this week and they split my area! Now we have Hermanas here so that is so awesome! They changed my district! Now im not in the same district as the Zone Leaders :/ but thats ok! Now im with 3 other companionships! There are 2 new missionaries in my district too so that is awesome. But this week was wild. They called us Tuesday morning and said that we needed to go buy a room for the Hermanas because they were going to move in that same night. So that was fun!
So this Sunday was a tough one hahaha. We left our house at 8 AM to go to our appointments and they ALL fell through... We had been working so hard last week and werent seeing very good results. But we didnt give up! Our Church is at 2... so we didnt get out until 6:30BUT when we got home we left and went to search for people to teach. Thats when we found Hermana Maria and her 4 kids! They are awesome. We taught an awesome lesson and right at the end her friend and her daughter came up and asked if they could listen too. It really was just an awesome experience. I love this work! Love you all. We are going to see Elder Oaks this week so thats cool! Hope to hear from you all! Heres some pics my comp really likes to take pictures haha"

"So this week was really awesome because we got to shake the hand of Elder Oaks as well as Bishop Causse, Elder Robbins, and Elder Montoya. It was so crazy. As I looked into their eyes I just felt like they knew me. It was awesome and a great testimony builder. I have so many feelings and I just cant explain it but I know that he is a special witness of our Lord and Savior. I know this Church is true and is guided by Apostles and a Prophet. We have direct guidance from God. We must take every commandment from the Bible and from latter day revelation as if it were given to us directly from God! And why? Because it was! I know that our Prophet is a true prophet of God and I know that we are under his guidance. Love you all.
Heres a few pics when we went to clean the beautiful beaches of Peru haha and a pic with some Chupacabras "

"Hello everyone! So this week was very good! We worked so hard this week. We were able to see many miracles this week and it was awesome. So we have 4 really good investigators that are progressing very well. Theres Jhonotan, Diego, Diego and Elena. Good old John is a GIANT. And his cousin is Diego so that is really awesome. John went to Church yesterday and loved it. His cousin couldnt go but he said that hes going to bring him next week. So that will be so awesome. SO Elena is awesome. She showed up at the womans conference this week and she is so excited about the gospel. She is very very dramatic haha but she is so happy and finds so much peace in the gospel. So we are going to see how all of that goes these next few weeks.
So our church ends at 5 PM and then we have ward council for another hour so we basically dont get back to the area until 6:30 if we are lucky. So from then on we have until 9 and Sundays we have to be in our room at 9. So we were trying to find a lady who we contacted. So we go to the house where she told us and it wasnt her house... But we found another Hermano John but hes a single dad with 2 kids. His wife left him and his kids and hes been going through lots of hard times.... He was so happy to hear our message. He accepted everything so well. It was awesome. SO we will see how that goes!
SURPRISE! Familia Merino Espinoza visited me at my church yesterday!!! President Stauffer helped them find me and they visited me :,) theyve been trying to find me for a looooong time and they finally did hahaha. They are so amazing. They have changed so much and they were sure to tell me that they are going to get baptized in December at the latest. So that was awesome. Sorry I dont have pictures because we didnt have pday today because we go to the temple on Thursday! Hope to hear from you all! Have a good conference weekend!"

"SO hello everyone I hope you all watched conference this week and if you didnt you should repent and watch it!
So this week was awesome and conference was incredible. We watched all 10 hours and it was incredible. The fastest 10 hours of my entire life. I learned so many things. I loved it all. How good old President Uchtdorf said something like "Just because you are in the dark doesnt mean there is not light. Youre just not in the right spot to see it." That was one of my favorites. OR when Sister Oscarson talked about the service and how we are where we are for a reason. We must serve our families and neighbors. We need to go to ALL the activities of the Church! AND ALL the reunions. There is someone there that needs our help. And someone else said something like "like faith with out works is dead so is love without service."
I recieved a lot of spiritual feelings this conference but I think the most important of all is that these men and women are chosen disciples of Christ. Not chosen by men of flesh but of our Heavenly Father. I loved the last talk by Elder Anderson. His was my favorite.
The General Authorities take lots of times to prepare for these few moments they have. They are guided by the Holy Spirit to preach to us a message that we need to hear. We must take heed to their word and we must follow their teachings. I know that they are chosen disciples of Christ. Ive always known but now I know unwaveringly. I know this is the true Church of Christ and I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I know that Joseph Smith an unperfect person and prophet restored the only true and perfect Church of Christ. I hope you all recieved anwsers to your prayers and stronger testimonies as I have. I love you all and hope all is well!"

"Hello everyone! So this week was really really hard but thats ok. I know that its just a little bump in the road but everything is going to be ok. But it was really really hard haha. My comp has been in his bed the last 2 days because he fell down some stairs after running away from a dog and then from there hes been having knee problems. Its been rough. I just know that God has a plan and there is reason for everything and I know that everything is going to be ok. I love the mission even though its the hardest thing ive ever done. I love this work with all my heart. I hope you are all good and that you are all making good choices! I will have some good news this next week I think! Heres a few pics!"

"Hello everyone! So this week was so awesome! We baptized our BIG buddy Johnathan Maldonado!!!! So we had a lot of problems trying to find clothes for him because he is huge and so it was really hard until we found this cute shiny dress that fit him just right! He was so ashamed but also so happy hahaha. It was an awesome experience.
So this week I had an amazing spiritual experience. The sisters in my district have an investigator that they have been teaching and she is awesome! She is a relative of the Chanduvi Family! But she didnt want to get baptized... She has an awesome testimony and she loves the Book of Mormon because "It gives me the anwsers I need." but she just didnt want to get baptized yet. The sisters were a little upset and asked me if we could help! Soooo we taught her yesterday. It was an amazing lesson. She was crying the whole time and I invited her to be baptized this Saturday and she said yes! She also wants me to baptize her! It was awesome. Hope to hear from you all!
Today I didnt really have a Pday because I had to go to the doctors in the richest part of Peru so that was cool! Heres some pics!"

"So this week was really awesome and wild! Im staying here in La Ensenada for my fourth transfer! Ive got over a year in the mission and ive only been in 2 zones! Hahahaa but im really excited to be here another transfer this area is awesome. So this week Fatima got baptized! It was a fight but she finally did it! Also I got the news from my last area that one of the investigators that I was teaching finally got baptized! It was sad because she wanted me to baptize her and it wouldve been so easy to go and do it because she lives on the other side of the hill but we had to much work to do in our area so we stayed! It was a good week.
This week I just wanted to share a few thoughts that I have had about doing the little things.
"6 Now ye may suppose that thi s is foolishness in me; but be hold I say unto you, that by s mall and simple things are gre at things brought to pass..."
we must be more diligent in keeping the commandments. Many people complain that their life is so hard and that things are so hard but they arent even willing to do the little things to let God bless them more. When a child is breaking the rules you dont give him a candy bar and tell him thanks. God cannot give us his promised blessings if we arent doing our part. He loves us and wants to help us. But first we must let him. When life gets hard "Turn to him not against him." put your trust in the Lord and he will lift you up. I love you all! Hope to hear from you!
(forgot my tie :/)"
